Design Polling Web Site

This assignment is to design and develop a simple Web site to conduct polls/voting about the best web site of the week. The primary functionality of the Web site is: 1) Allow visitors to easily submit URLs, site name, site description and email address 2) Enable visitors to view all submissions and vote for the one that they like best. The current vote tally should be clearly displayed and automatically update after each user votes. 3) Provide a place for visitors to post comments about any submission 4) Automatically select a winner and close voting at a time that I pre-select. Display a clock that shows how much time is left until voting is closed. 5) Automatically create a page that archives voting and comments and displays the winner 6) Automatically create a new poll This site should be very clean, simple and easy to use. The layout should include a simple header graphic (created by you or taken from public domain images) and very clear navigation. I will provide you with all copy and guidance on how to structure the navigation. You may create the scripts needed to run the polling and comments and/or use third party scripts where rights are granted for free and unlimted use. DO NOT USE ANY CODE OR CONTENT FOR WHICH YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION.
