I would like to find way to play audio files (audio CD,wav,mp3)through DirectX library for VB with possibility to change pitch-frequency without changing speed and changing speed without changing pitch . If this aproach is impossible I would like to have above described changing capabilities(for audio CD,wav,mp3) through external DLL created in C++ (see atached example),accessible to VB through API ,together with simple working VB sample application . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working VB sample (and MSVC++ for .dll) source code of all work done. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 ,ME ,2000,XP
