This web based application is meant to be sending quite an amount of e-mails and 'snail'mail (+- 1500/month), based on criteria like birthday, interest, bought products, ... It will be used by a retail shop user for sending his customers mails for e.g. birthdays, items bought last year, ... We will provide: - tables, datamodel (might change slightly during project) - php/Mysql environment if needed Some key features : - language/texts must be stored in text-file (no hard coded strings in code) - maintenance of customers (add/edit/delete/search) - printing module (PDF generation, paper size : A4 ) - printing of letters, labels - managing of print layouts (at certain level) - 2 predefined print layouts (with logo, etc) - html/text e-mailing with images/text - managing layout of e-mail (at certain level) - 2 predefined e-mail layouts - export of 'searches' to MS Excel Questions are welcome rough Table description can be foundin attachment ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
