I do not know yet what programing is best. This must suggest me the programmer .
It's about a product description for my shop.
1 tabl with approximately 200 rows in a column total 2 columns , each row has 1-4 words in German which I myself writing.
Few rows lines have gray background . In a column next to each row gets a No. after sequentially 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 , ....
I have a total of 18 tables with the same words in the same line and the same number, but in 18 different languages.

The program must only selected rows 1 , 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 , .. and give out as text ( without table). It is important to simultaneously make 17 other tables automatically .
For connection , it must be possible to go by clicking on a selected text to the other.
and the text in each language copy . I will then be purely put this text on a different place in my shop.

The tables can be stored in a MySQL database.
I would create a user management system so that you can log in to make changes.
