Complex Facebook Application

I require someone with a good portfolio and demonstrable previous experience to create a complex Facebook application based on PHP, HTML 5 and MySql. More details can be disclosed when you sign an NDA however, the project involves creating a game designed to capture users contact details. Users will be given a series of images hidden behind tiles. As they randomly select a tile, they receive a randomly allocated prize. Users will be limited to just one click by means of Facebook authorization.
