Customizable Facebook app for uploading files to a Page

We require an app that will be used to upload and organize files on Facebook.

The app must allow the following:

1. Have a secured backend (which can be hosted on our own server) where a person can upload files of any size and type to our servers.

2. The backend must also allow us to rename the file, create a description for it, set its image and place it inside a virtual folder.

3. Folders must be infinitely nestable.

4. The Facebook app must display a tab in our company's Facebook Page.

5. The app must read information from our website and display all virtual folders and their icons, and when clicking on each folder, must show its contents - including both files and folders.

6. Clicking a file will display its title, icon, description and a link to download it. A file's page should also have a Like button, a comments widget and a sharing widget.

7. The application's Facebook pages must be completely customizable using an HTML template. Smarty or any other templating engine will be fine.

If you know Dropify - we require something like that, only with nestable folders.
