In brief, we need: - PSD file to be converted to a Joomla Template - Recommendations/Installation of Joomla Components and modules - Some graphic design and layout help for the subpages - Joomla installation and build out of the website (~15 pages) - Small Custom Flash Crossfading Header on Home Page We will supply the PSD, Copy, Photography and direction. More details are available in the Project Requirements document attached below. Payment to be made through the GAF Escrow system once project is complete.
