BASIC FLASH QUIZ

I will need a flash quiz created which has 10 questions. I will need the quiz to allow the users to select true or false, select a radio button answer, and also allow the user to type some answers. If possible i would like the user to be allowed to click on area of a image as the answer (hotspot) I have the images and questions i want included in this quiz so it is just a question of compiling. The flash movie will be used in a director movie so it will need a exit button that will close the quiz and return to director. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows nt, 2000,xp mac os9 & 10
