Banner Advert

I need an animated banner advert done for my website (see: [[login to view URL]][1]) and welcome any good graphic coder to bid for this work. I want something very nice and eye catching with particular reference to the very cheap and affordable hosting services my website offers. The banner advert must be the standard animated banner advert size of 468x60 and done in flash(swf), jpeg or gif formats. You are welcome to take a look at the website and come up with suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. However, I am unable to accept a bid at this time. According to the notice below, Rentacoder will not allows payments or escrow by Paypal which is my prefered method of payment. NOTICE: -------------------------------------- 1. 9/20/2006 All PayPal Users: PayPal has a bug that is not allowing us to lookup accounts by email address reliably. As a result we are unable to always connect a payment with your account, reconcile it or process your manual payment. This isssue was escalted to a PayPal account manager. 2. 6/12/2006 Non-U.S. PayPal Users: PayPal is not reporting the verification status on non U.S. users correctly. As a result, it prevents us from accepting the payment, and the user is forced to send us the payment again manually. This issue wa s escalated to a PayPal account manager on 6/12, verified by support as a bug, and is being worked on by PayPal. This is my forst time using this site and I cannot afford to divulge sensitive details of my credit card and bank information to Rentacoder. There is too much fraud on the internet now and that is why we have payment ssytems like Paypal. I see no reason why Rentacoder should want so many details about one's credit card and bank information. This information can be used fraudulently in the wrong hands and I don't think Rentacoder can give anyone any gaurantee that their credit card an d bank information is totally secure on their system. I would therefore invite coders to bid directly via my website ([login to view URL]) using our contact form.
