Basic PHP website with slideshow flash banner

I would like a fast and efficient person to create a website for me within the 10 day mark. The person must have flash experience, and be able to meet deadlines. I would like to also have 1-2 weeks time to talk to you to make minor changes for parts of the site. I have the designs prepared in full, details for every part of the website. The background, links, layout, structure, font, logo images, facebook page link will all be provided. The main task is to get it coded online. Images will be provided for the flash banner. A certain design has been requested for the banner. CMS is not necessary but it is a bonus if provided for low or no cost. If you can provide these points, you are awarded. Please note, ALL designs are provided and no part will be needed to be designed. Also, I will be using you for all future projects if this one proves successful, while providing very high valued feedback. Please keep your bids realistic.
