The website is for a marketing and market research company based in the UK. Due to the industry a professional appearance is critical to the company.
A front (welcome) page in flash will be required, with the company name and logo and links to enter the site. The main base of the website will be based on simplicity in order not to appear cluttered and for easy navigation. There will need to be options leading to the different services of the company, and a contact page.
I am willing to listen to the ideas of the hired coder, on the styling of the site, however it does need to look impressive.
Following are some links to other companies in the industry to gain an idea of approximatly what is to be expected.

The website may not have as much information as these but it is an idea of the quality i would expect. The site should also be search engine optimised.
Because this is for a marketing company it is a good opportunity for the hired coder to show their creativity with the possibility of future work through the company for their clients.
Bidders are encouraged to include examples of their work in their bids.
