Basic website needed

Dear developers, I am looking for ways to improve my existing website [login to view URL] I don’t necessary want to completely change mostly a facelift. The content is ready as well as the basic layout. I need suggestions how make it look better, more professional. I'm looking? for an experienced? Web developer to build and enhanced/redesigned the website using the existing content. I think that the best way to submit bids would be to explain your plan and to add a screenshot (jpg, bmp) of a single page demonstrating the layout you are proposing for my site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working? website running on my hosting server? as well as complete source code of all work done. a)?
