ColdFusion contact database and data entry user interface

I need a ColdFusion browser based front end user interface with a contact database (MS Access). It needs to work with MS Internet Explorer and Netscape Internet browsers. The table fields for the database are as follows: title, First_Name, Last_Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, Office_Phone, Cell_Phone, Fax, Called_For_Info_on, Date_contacted, Date_response_needed. The 14 above fields should be in the database (the database should be MS Access latest version) and the user interface needs to have a form template that can be modified easily by simply dragging and dropping the User Interface labels and fields around within the user interface. The ColdFusion browser based user interface must work with the database and store the input information as well as allow the user to add, edit, delete, and do reports from the database. The reports can be a couple of simple category reports based on last_name and Date_contacted. If you have any questions please contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This ColdFusion user interface must work within MS internet explorer (versions 5.x and up) and Netscape (versions 5.x and up) web browsers on unix, linux and Windows operating systems. Of course the database will be on a MS Windows machine. The first choice of operating systems for this to work on is MS Windows.
