Convert our website from HTML to Flash

We are looking for a web designer/programmer who is proficient in Flash and who can quickly convert our website into Flash and add their own 'spice' to the site by making it more interactive and lively. We don't want it to be 'over the top' but more 'slick' and subtle. At the moment the site is pretty static using show/hide layers to display our work, the problem is that this method is not 100% cross browser and we don't want potential clients getting the wrong idea. We want to keep the way it looks the same but animate the words on the home page, animate the layers and make the portfolio more interesting. Another key element we are looking for is the ability for us to update the images and text ourselves so a small element of content management will be needed. We also require the chosen coder to fix any issues with the HTML version and browser compatibility before beginning the Flash version as the position of the layers is moving when customers have toolbars like Google, Yahoo, Ebay and Norton installed and we are unable to test on all browsers and Operating systems.
