Create ''Mini'' Windows Media Player!(repost)(repost)

We're looking to create a customized MP3 player. The player will be customized to our own look-and-feel, incorporating our site name (therefore excellent graphic skills are ESSENTIAL). The program will allow the user to OPEN MP3 files, play MP3 files, pause the playing, and stopping. It will also support forwarding/rewinding through a visual tracker-bar, plus auto-repeat through a menu option. While the tracks are playing, the player should display interesting visuals, as follows: 1) Twirling black/white spirals (see <[login to view URL]>) 2) Flashing red/green screen (screen flashes alternately red and green) 3) Other possible random effects -- over to you 4) Nothing, no images Our current idea is to create a program that USES the Windows Media Player ActiveX control for the playing. You may however wish to consider create some form of advanced skin, but this is up to you. We simply need a player, customized to our Web site, that allows the "switching on" of special visual effects (it will be used as a part hypnosis tool, so these are important). Thanks for your time! Please include samples or screenshots with your bid!! :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
