Create a modified version of a web site by using a ''wiki'' style component

I need all of the functions of www dot i m d b dot com copied, but with a twist. Currrently, to edit/add information to a profile (for example, search Brad Pitt) it needs to go through a lengthy review process. This is where the WIKI component comes in. I want users to be able to edit profiles freely using "wiki" style editing (see [[login to view URL]][1]) Specifically, I need the following: 1. Users can create new "profiles" for their favorite actors/actresses 2. Users can EDIT profiles and add information 3. Users can REQUEST for information to be removed, but cannot freely remove information. 4. Each profile must have its own message board, similar to i m d b. 5. A gallery page will be developed to randomly scroll through images available on the site. Please advise on a fair price and time frame. You must be confident in your ability to create a well-designed (graphically and functionally) site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
