The requirement is to build a highly-creative flash-based website which is to be stored on to mini-CD (no more than 45MB). The site is in essence a personal website and will be used to promote development work and personal profile. New ideas and creative inspiration are very much sought for this design work with constant liasing on how best to modify, configure and enhance the final completed version. For this purpose, samples of previous coder work (flash or other) must be viewed before any acceptance of bid. The main functionality of the package will be to: 1: Provide an intro and splash screen on load-up 2: Secure name and password function before Menu screen (i.e user: guest pass: pass) 3: Creatively designed Menu Screen 4: Menu Function to display personal CV (Word) 5: Menu Function to display previous development work and portfolio (to be discussed) 6: Menu Function to incorporate a freeware game(s) 7: Menu Function to display text/images with information supplied by myself 8: Email Menu function (i.e contact) * Additional Functionality and creative suggestions will be considered (and rewarded). The right product must be achieved for this project and selection of the right coder will be more dependant on samples of previous work rather than bid amount. I would prefer the package to be Flash-based but alternative development tools will be considered if they benefit the overall project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Regular updates also required to display progress of work. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
The package must be able to work on all Windows (95 onwards) platforms. Any external plugins or players required must be supplied within the package as it must be able to run independently.
