Design & Program of a Flash Interactive Site

Note: *Artist already on staff on site here who will provide necessary images for you, per your request. Your job will be to design and program a site in flash (with sounds, etc) for a book series similar to Lord Of The Rings. Midevil, mythology style. Targeting Kids between the ages of 12-18. The site will have a talking character (we will provide sound) which will guide the user through the site. A helper (a character from the story that guides the user through the site). This will not only provide an entertainment factor for the site, but it will also be more interactive for the user providing more of a personal environment and connection for the story and site. 2. Also some sort of games where players can play and enter in a high score which will be kept on the site (letting players compete against each others scores, etc...) This will target more of the younger ages. I recommend this follows the story somewhat as well so it can get the kids excited about the story and more familiar with it, should also be fun for those who have read the story (or stories). Please provide examples of flash websites, and games you can produce or have produced so I can see the type of quality we need. This site should be of top quality, dynamic sizes (based on screen resolution) so no space is wasted, etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash/Ajax/HTML
