My lame attempt at a redesign is at [url removed, login to view] - this should give an idea of what I want, but it needs to be a lot more professional looking.

The job is to create a new design - I would like the design to be modular. I need pre-cut and finished artwork sufficient for about 20 pages. I would like different flash-enabled headers for the main web site categories which are: company, clients, technologies, press-releases, articles, and contact us.
I would like some nifty, well-planned flash animated headers for each section, along with a static image that is to be shown to those who do not have flash.
Again, I will need relevant artwork (stock-photos and such) that are clipped and ready to be placed inside additional pages that I will create as needed.
This job is ready to be paid for and is needed IMMEDIATELY!
## Deliverables
1)Design for the front page of the web site 2)Design for the inner-pages of the web site 3)Flash-Enabled and static image headers for each 'section' of the web-site: company, clients, technologies, press-releases, articles, and contact-us. These should be animated, constantly moving animations, but nothing too 'flashy' or distracting. I will also need the flash source files for later editing. 4)This needs to be done in PhotoShop 7.0, as I do not have PhotoShop CS (I am not certain if they are back-ward compatible or not, but if so, CS would be fine in that case) - I need all of the layers so that I can edit things later on. 5)I need relevant stock-photos and artwork that I can place into any page, that will fit into the site design. I need at least 20 pieces of artwork so that I can expand, and that visitors don't see the same boring piece of artwork on each page. 6)You will need to be available to make design edits in the future, so please also list an hourly rate. 7)I DO NOT NEED THE HTML/CODING DONE FOR THIS DESIGN - I ONLY NEED THE DESIGN!!!!
