add site update tools to live site

vendors must complete attached nondisclosure agreement prior to access being granted or any work beginning THIS JOB IS ALL PROGRAMMING AND SETTING UP DYNAMIC ESTABLISHMENT** --FTP access to both websites will be granted once requested-- We are developing dynamic back end access for two live sites for magazines. The websites should have the overall same look and design as they do now. We are not editing or adjusting the style of the site, we are working off of what is already provided. What we need to do is simply insert dynamic abilities in certain areas of each one of these sites so the website owners can go in and keep their own websites up to date dynamically without having to use FTP access. Below is a list of the items needed in order to do so. EACH WEBSITE NEEDS TO HAVE THIS DONE. THEY PAID FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEMS to be done on both websites. **Edit the picture on the main page for this months mag (This is the main picture on the entrance of each website - self explanitory) **Edit text in a certain area for text from an article (There are three articles on the main page and the small amount of text displayed as a "teaser" and the small image above each one as a "teaser" need to be editable) **OS-Commerce Store with back order mags inputted (They currently have back-order ability through paypal to order articles. The client paid for us to set up a basic OS-COMMERCE install, use the same header and look that they currently have, which will just allow them to go in and add their own products and inventory whenever they want. The only products we need to put in are the current back-order magazines they have on file.) **Video Clips and Picture gallery (We will set up the clients websites with the ability to go in and add pictures, and remove pictures, along with add and remove video clips dynamically for a gallery section. If the website already has a gallery it would take the place of it, if not, this would be a new gallery) **Reader Poll (There should be a dynamic poll on the back end that can be placed on the main page of each one of the sites. The client can dynamically go in and change the poll question, variables, and display output options. **"advertising banners" on the site (We need to set up a "verticle banner" and a "horizontal banner" that can be dynamically changed on the website. Any time the client would want to change out the banner display, they should be able to just go in and upload a new image to replace the existing one. Client will need to specify where the banner would be placed dynamically on the main page of each site.)
