Decrypt pgp files

Need to have every file in a particular linux web server's folder with the .pgp extension automatically decrypted and renamed. put the output files into the output directory specified overwriting the existing output folders files, and wipe the input files. The pgp files will have names based on the date and time of day and will every every week day at different times after 5pm est.
