Add a page in a .net nuk site - repost

I need someone that can Add a page named Group packages in a .net nuk travel agency site. Prior to the work being completed, I need a flyer to be put on the website that links back to the .net nuk page giving the message that they will be able to book directly on the website within a week. This page needs to perform e-commerce transactions I would like a link to be placed on the homepage for clients to click on in order to be taken to the new .net nuk page I would like a specific layout, I need the page to capture customer information, Allow customer to make payments as well as email me whenever a customer perform the activities above.
