Android APP

Hello i want to create a simple company presentation for my company here are the details 1) there will be a welcome to our app splash screen 2) after that 5 buttons - optins will be shown (who are we, services, portfolio, news, contact us) 3) who we are, services, contacts us will be a simple text page and nothing more. in the contact page there must be a contact form too, and also when someone clicks on our phone to be able to call it by his device 4) portfolio, will be a list of our clients and his logos, when someone clicks on the logo a website will be opening 5) news will be a list with title, short descriptio, and when a post will open there will be a title, full descrption, photo, date published all of the above must be dynamic, so i am able to insert all the data (texts, portfolio, news) from a website online and the content will be automatically updated the app will be free of charge and by the end of the project you will have to upload it and publish it succesfuly to the google play store so it is accesable by everyone (we already have a google developer account so we will give our credentials to do this) the app must be compliant with accesibility rules, so people with different dissabilities are able to access it (i need a list of what do you plan to do about that, so i know if we are ok or not, as do not have something specific and we need your proposals) we need some simple graphics that you will have to provide so the app looks nice (send me graphics to select from BEFROE i select you as a provider, so we both are 100% sure about which graphic design will we use) bids around 50-100usd are seriously considered, delivery within 5-7 days max
