I am a novice at web development. I have another business that I am doing right now and can not commit fully....Therefore~ I am looking to hire a developer to create a website that will change the way people search for pics. The website will be directed towards developers (1st) and then to the masses. Initially~ the website will use Google as the backbone...for most of the searches...but will eventually use it's internal sophistication to bring-forth....pool of data pics...at people's/member's discretion.
