Buid a Marketplace (magento)

I need a marketplace in the Magento platform. I am looking for a option with little or (if possible) no need for customizations (in the theme and plug ins). The main objective is that should act as a marketplace where users can sign up, post their items, and allow other users to purchase them. - The user should have an admin section that is NOT within the Magento admin section (It should be front end) - Should show stats and history about their items sales. They should also be able to come in and edit/modify their items. Features: - Stats on the items - Charge a percentage of the items price to the marketplace admin. - Magento back end to be accessed by admin only. There should be editable things here such as design customisation, change of percentage charge, list of all users and the option to delete theme, modify them, suspend them. - All items that are posted within the marketplace must be approved by the admin. - All items must be editable by the user. They must be able to edit all aspects of the item. What item postings will have: - Price - Images - Rating system (only available to rate by users who have purchased) - Comment system - Number of sales - Date created - Date updated - Other features - Site must be 100% responsive. - Payments must be handled with Moip (it´s like Paypal - used in Brazil). * The person need to have experience at building marketplaces.
