1. INTRODUCTION [login to view URL] is a directory of golf teaching professionals in the country. The purpose of the portal is to promote the teaching service of the golf coaches. Golfers and beginners who wish to sign up for golf lessons can visit the site to select from the list of golf professionals who listed their profiles in the site. 2. BUSINESS MODELS Before the commencement of business, we will sign up with some of the prominent golf coaches to be in our network. [login to view URL] portal will generate sales and leads to the coaches and earn an overriding commission for the sales generated. 3. REQUIREMENTS a. The site should allow golf coaches or academy to independently sign up, select the advertising package that they want, and post their advertisements. b. For those coaches who want us to create the advertisement, we could also help them to create and post the advertisement. c. The advertising packages are as follows: i. Pay per lead – each inquiry is forwarded to the coaches and we charge a fixed rate per lead generated ii. Pay per sales – we collect the payment on behalf of the coaches when the students sign up. We will pay the coaches the amount after deduction of sales commissions. iii. Pay by membership – we collect membership fee and the member can sign up and put up advertisements during the period the membership is active. iv. Free Trial membership which is limited to a specific time period. The coaches can use the trial membership to list their advertisement. After the expiry, the portal should prompt the advertiser to sign up, otherwise, the membership will automatically expire and all active advertisement will be discontinued. d. Our customers could possibly be standalone golf coaches or golf academies. The portal should allow the advertisers to create mini website of their own within the portal. This feature will be particularly useful for golf academy. They could use the mini site to introduce their academy, the coaches, the training packages and other services which they could provide. e. Load the profile of golf professional, including their qualifications, work experience, achievements in tournament f. Load the products and services, essentially is the lesson packages which the coaches offered. The site should allow the users to select the lesson package, the time slot for the training, and allow students to make payment online. g. Searches – The portal should provide comprehensive searches. These include searches by i. product category (beginner package, intermediate, advance, customized) ii. group size iii. locations iv. time slot v. golf academy
