I need a website created that will act as a platform for people looking for a specific service and others providing the same, the backbone is where all the customers and providers will register their details to either request for services or render. It will also contain a way to match customers and providers through predefined criteria. I will also need a search functionality that can be executed by the customer and a highlight of preferred providers on the same page. It will also have an admin side where posting approvals will take place. The admin panel should have the ability to change cost of the services provided through this website. This also means that the site will be integrated with a payment system such as PayPal and mobile money payments. There will also be other static pages on the site such as contact us, FAQ, Terms, etc. Specific details will be provided to the successful bidder.
