Build a Website

Project description: This project is design and build a brand new website to combine the two websites into one. Scope of work: - design the new website. PHP, HTML, SQL - the new website will be two websites services combined into one. (note the two websites are owned by others hence can't use same or similar design) The two websites are: ncss .com .au and best-international .com .au - on top of the above, will need to add two main tabs into main navigation: About Us and Latest Updates (blog post) - new site has client registration and login, with simple form of 5 fields or so. - Will need to add online timesheet recording function to be included in the site (for external contractors to fill out online) - coding and functions just copy the above two sites Optional: site content wording will be revised so that they do not duplicate the same as above two sites (similar meaning though). If you can include this service, please include message to explain you will do this or not. Only developers/companies with feedback score of 4 or above and previous website work reference are welcomed to bid on this project.
