Hello, I like the webcam integration idea. You'd require a few things if you don't want your website to end up in the social networking website junkyard. #1 You'll need a powerful backend (amazon VPS hosting is great for this) #2 You'll need flash media server or similar for the webcam part. #3 You should not do this in PHP atleast decent performance and security, because you don't have a dedicated IT team managing the site yet.
