Build a website for a non-profit organization - repost

Dear Professional & Committed Web Developers, I have a fair knowledge of website development and I unfortunately do not have the luxury time at the moment. Therefore, I am looking for a committed website developer with the experience of building a website either from the scratch or through template for a non-profit organization. I am President of a non-profit organization and our current website is outdated and plain as it was built through a template on Drupal. I have videos and pictures readily available and a purchased domain name through a hosting server called Dreamhost. In addition, the non-profit organization and I have a restricted budget and we will accept work through a template since this is a small project and we can work together. Nevertheless, below are the details for the website: The website shall be RESPONSIVE, CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE, and INTERACTIVE. Responsive: - Must work on all browsers and mobile devices. Convenient: - Functional donation process - Easily to upload photos and videos - Capable of inserting a link that will appear as-is such as an article, photo, or video (Ex. YouTube) - Registration button in the upper corner or visible content and membership dues can be paid through PayPal - On the the Board of Directors page, people can contact us through the message-box - Membership info MUST BE downloadable via Excel sheet - Send out a newsletter to members - EXTREMELY important that I can collect membership information during the registration process and given the ability to keep track of their dues Accessible: - Given a tool to transcribe the web content in plain-text for blind-users - Translation for foreign users (Major languages: Spanish, Hebrew, French, and Arabic) - Connect PayPal or such service that members can pay their dues or make a donation Interactive: - ALL pages must be SEO optimized - Directories of specific categories such as lawyers and doctors which can be seen to public and members must register in order to contact them - Must be connected to Facebook Fan page, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Flickr. - Pre-footer slider for sponsors - Comment & Like Please bear in mind that I am an extremely easy person to work with and this can be done much faster than we'd expect.
