The website is for Courier service. Basically the functional requirements are 1. The Customer open the website, GetQuote for delivery from POSTCODE to POSTCODE which return the delivery charges (based on the driving distance). (UK Based PostCodes) 2. If customers is satisfied with the quote, the customer place the Order. 3. During order placement, ask if the customer already exists (Pays Online using Paypal, Visa, Master) or a new customer (Customer details created). Further detalis could be collection date and time and delivery date and time. 4. Staff records are maintained thus when an order is placed, its assigned to delivery staff. 5. Parcels/ deliveries are trackable. 6. LiveChat feature on the website for customer help. 7. API for the site so that others can integrate the courier service for free. Non-functional requirements 7 Ensuring the Website is secure. 8. Fast enough to load pages in timely manner. . . . . Etc. A Php Developer is sought for this project with HTML, MySql and design skills. Thanks.
