Creation of Dating website / webapplication

What I need is an experienced programmer with some design skills who can implement my mockups and create a fully working website. I have about 90% of the mockups and I visualized the idea of my website in some videos. The first video can be seen here: [login to view URL] In a nutshell: The site is a place where people get to see two pictures of persons (same gender). Visitors have to pick the person they like most and then they get so see two new pictures. So it is some sort of a 'duel'. They can also filter the duel based on gender and age category. It is not required to register if you want to pick a winner in a duel. Vistors can also give a person a badge, before they pick the winner of a duel. There are 4 types of badges, but it is not obliged to give a person a badge. Only registered users can give each other badges. As soon as a user received a badge, he/she gets notified via email. You can only give one person one badge and it cannot be undone. Registered members can also purchase a PRO membership via Paypal (should be integrated in the site). The difference here is that PRO members are able to contact other members by filling in a form on their profile page. So if you want to contact somebody, you have to purchase PRO membership. You can select out of 3 packages: 1 day PRO membership, 1 week or 1 month) Logged-in users get to see their stats: when did they win a duel, when did they receive a badge, who gave them a badge etc. There also is a Hall of fame, were the persons who won the most duels and received the most badges are shown for each past month. There should also be a search function, if you want to find a specific registered member. It is also required that a Wordpress blog will be installed so I can publish news and articles around dating. I also need Google Analytics installed (I will provide you the code) I need to be able to add several conversion tracking codes (Adwords, Facebook, ...) on the signup completion page AND the page after purchase of PRO membership, so you have to find a solution for this so it is easily manageable for the admin. Special requirements: - SEO friendly (URLs, titles, non-www automatically redirect to www version etc.) - Site should be hacker safe (take safety measures) - Site should work in all common browsers, ALSO mobile browsers (I will test this!). About the payment: - I do not pay in advance because I had some bad experiences with that in the past. The first payment will be when the site is installed on my hosting provider (50%) and the second payment will be when everything has been tested and there are no bugs left.
