Customised Forum Needed

I am looking for a fully customised Forum to be built that has an easy back end that can be accessed by moderators and admins etc I know that there are lots of Free Forums available but I want ours to stand out and be in our company colours and house sub forums for all of our websites. It is essential that the applicant has great graphic design skills as the Forum must be fully customised to look great vis the icons and banners. The Forum must also be able to support Google Adsense and other direct advertising space that can be easily changed etc I dont think this is too hard due to all of the software out there which is available for Free but I'm paying for it to be sully set up and ready to go and Graphic design really.
