Adjust Custom HTML Form from Cleverreach for OptinMonster and Match Design

Hi, I'm Wordpress expert with years of HTML/CSS and JS/jQuery experience. I think the best way to accomplish goals of the project is to keep CleverReach form hidden (except probably Captcha), and use OptinMonster form with equal fields. I will develop a custom code injected to the form's page what will synchronize visible OptinMonster form data with hidden CleverReach form, submit the data to CleverReach and redirect user to the OptinMonster Thank you page. This way you'll rely mostly on OptinMonster and use CleverReach only as a email sending service. I am available now and can complete the project quick and with outstanding quality.
