Blog network/linking tool

I have a lot of Wordpress Blogs. I need a tool to control links on those blogs. I need WP plugin to setup 'placeholders' for links, and I need a tool where I can control/setup campaign for those placeholders. Placeholder plugin needs following features: 1. Add 3 placeholders randomly inside each post/page in wordpress, in the beginning, middle and end of the article 2. Add placeholder into sidebar 3. Placeholder(s) at the end of the post and feature that allows linking to exact same URL in other domain (if URL of the page is [login to view URL], the link will go to [login to view URL]) 3.1 Feature that fetch randomly (and/or option to choose which) either Title or H1 heading of the URL we are linking and use that as linking anchor (so we only need to setup URL for the placeholder mentioned in 3.) 4. Add 'category' to domain, which will be used in campaign tool 5. Any other minor features needed to get campaign tool working as expected I need to be able to create 'campaigns' as follows: Campaign tool features: 1) Setup campaign URLs and Anchors/KWs in following format (where anchor is chosen randomly): URL1 {anchor1|anchor2|anchor3|etc} URL2 {anchor4|anchor5|and so on} ....... URL8 {anchor32|anchor33|and so on} 2) Maximum limit for links built for 1 URL 3) How many links will be built per day 4) Build to only homepages or inner pages or both 5) Choose category or multiple categories (Look 4. in Placeholder plugin) 5) How many links will be built from 1 domain 6) Start campaign or Schedule campaign 7) Remove campaign (and links) 8) Show how many free slots there are in the network 9) Easy to use, good looking, simple interface 10) Any ideas from YOU are more than welcome, ideas what kind of functionality is needed or what would make this even better tool 11) Any other minor features to get the tool(s) working as expected
