A Click-Triggered Script to Check for a Value in a DB & Return Output.

Hello! I'd like to get these things coded, please: A file like "[login to view URL]", that a "?param1=XXX" is appended to it like so; "[login to view URL]" <--- if I click that link, it triggers the code inside [login to view URL] to check a table called "param1" in a given SQL database, for a row with a "123" value (in this example). That value will be filled in manually by me. The link "[login to view URL]" should be clickable through a standard button that I can put on any page. So if I put the button on [login to view URL], and then the button is clicked, and the [login to view URL] code goes through the "param1" table and finds the ,for example, "123" value, a "secret link" should appear under that button on that page, simply like so: "[login to view URL]". If the value is not found withing the param1 table then a simple popup message window should say so. The same database/table will need to have a field where I can put that "secret link", and from where it will be fetched. Of course the "secret link" shouldn't be fetchable through the page's source - it needs to be secured. Thanks!
