Complete Payment Processing System

Hi all,
I need your help with a complex payment processing system. The top of the funnel begins with people viewing [login to view URL] then they advance to [login to view URL] where they fill out a form.
Below you will find the rest of the payment process. It is pretty confusing so please try to ask for clarifications.
With the second preorder page - "the form" a couple things need to happen 1) if they leave the form after inputting their email then they need to be added to an aweber email followup series 2) If they click paypal then they need to be able to pay with paypal and then return to the form to submit information 3) If they click credit card then I would like them to fill out this [login to view URL] which is linked to either stripe or braintree payment processing 4) If they pay with bitpay I would like them to be returned to submit information.
After they pay, they need to receive a username and password via email to access the guide which can be found at [login to view URL] As well as being added to a customer aweber list.
So the person that gets this job, needs to be familiar with:
-wordpress
-aweber
-php
-paypal, stripe, bitpay
-some code will need to be cleaned up from before
