Create & Deploy Clickatell Wordpress Plugin

I am looking for someone to create a Clickatell plugin for Wordpress that will work with SMS PHP script which i will provide, I also want the plugin to be able to report and align with Clickatell, there is nothing complicated as the gateway is run by Clickatell your job is to turn the Php into a plugin, please ask me all [url removed, login to view] plugin should have some baisic Gamification in it , prompting users to perform tasks in order to send a free text or after sending x tasks send an alert email to the site administrator to reward x user.
Allow users to engage with content before sending SMS and earn virtual currency that can be used to get more free sms or international call credit to a destination of their choice, i do not want a quote for the international calls i will handle that just be creative with your plugin or proposal.
Each time the user logs in they should get a message to say hello xyz you have x amount of points send and sms to get more , then you have earned 799 points these are your options please choose ,more sms, international call,chocolate bar etc for example
The more a user uses this platform they should be rewarded
