Create a Drupal Template

Clicking on a card will take the use to the project page. The layout of the project page will be, a Logo on the top and a footer. On the left panel of the page there will have the navigation for the [login to view URL] main project cotent will be displayed in the main content region. You need to make the project entry page simple. Therefore, as per our understanding you require the followoing templates file. [login to view URL] for displaying project listings in a masonry layout. [login to view URL] for Project Details Page. [login to view URL] for Add project Page. - Please confirm. Will the templates be responsive? Will you provide the mock-up for the template? Will there be any top menu for this project?

I have been involved with custom theme creation, theme modifications, module development for Drupal 6, 7 and 8 (alpha). I have worked commercially on Drupal 6 and 7. I have worked with masonry.
