Create a Wordpress site with existing plugin

I need a 7-10 page wordpress website built with free and paid user membership. Pages will be quite similar to each other with minor graphical changes The website will be using wpeddit plugin ([login to view URL]) with very similar functionality to [login to view URL] but layout will be different (layout framework pictures will be provided) As in [login to view URL] - users can submit posts with an internal text or a link to an external website. There will be 14 categories in which users and admin can post to. 10 categories will allow all users to view and all registered users to post and view, 3 categories will be for admin and premium members to view and post in only. 1 category will be for admin only to post in with view access to all users. I have a new wordpress install with wpeddit also installed. The website will need to be built on this domain using wordpress tools/GUI The website will need user management and user acount levels - i am flexible on how this is achieved i.e. either through an existing plugin or custom. Users must also have the option to purchase and renew existing account memberships via their profile. This is a simple project for anybody who is good with wordpress and php - I am looking for someone who is experienced and can start immediately.
