Create forum for admins only in Wordpress

Hi, do you need fancy or timymce editor for the description ? Or just a simple textarea field is ok ? It could be a single admin page forum, where there would be a topic search option, and topic creation and editing option, topics list, topic page with replies. Nothing fancy. Is that what you want ?
