Create a page to determine where to but products from suppliers

We need a system to import several different suppliers' price files and product descriptions to find out how a combination of products can be order in an optimal way. I am attaching a file that explain the system and the designed database that should be used. An example structure for the database is attached. this is not a complete and finished product but a first version of the system that will evolve in the future. The system will be quite dynamic and is designed for future product development.
