Custom WooTickets Export from WordPress site

We are looking for a programmer to help us customize the data that's exported from WooTickets registration. Our client uses WooTickets to gather event/camp/class registrant information. One parent/guardian is able to register multiple attendees at one time, so we would like the data export to clearly gather all attendees under their guardian's information. Parent/guardian information should only be displayed once. OFFICIAL SPECIFICATIONS: Background This document pertains to back-end reports needed for http://madisonchildrensmuseum.org. The site is administered through WordPress, and uses the WooTickets registration plug-in to manage camp, class and workshop enrollments as a crucial part of their business. Currently the data being exported from WooTickets does not meet the needs of our client. This specifications document provides the fields in the order they should appear on an Excel spreadsheet download, as well as the field/column headings as they should be labeled. Specifications • Each download needs to be class-specific Each form should include a label indicating the class and date this export is for. For example, if a download was initiated on 2/10/14 for Boy Scout Spring Camp I, the spreadsheet should automatically be named "Boy_Scout_Spring_Camp_1_02-10-14.xls." • The column headers across the top should be listed in the following order, with these precise labels: o Order Number o Billing Information • First Name • Last Name • Address Line 1 • Address Line 2 • Town/City • State • Zip Code o Parent/Guardian Information • Name • Email Address • Primary Phone Number • Secondary Phone Number • Member Number • Order Notes o Attendee Information (up to ten attendees can be "nested" under one set of billing and parent/guardian information) • Attendee number (X of 10) • Name • Age • Gender • Shirt Size (this field will not always be required, but should always be present) • Dietary restrictions/health concerns Additional notes: • Ideally, there will only be attendee information fields for the number of attendees selected. For example, even though there are 10 attendee spaces available per registration, ideally only the number selected by the registrant will appear. This will eliminate a large amount of empty cells for the client. • If additional specifications are needed, or if clarification is needed on these specifications, the programmer understands that such questions should be asked before beginning work, to save time and budget and maximize efficiency on this project.
