Data scraping and importing into Mysql DB

This is a simple scrapping project web site is [zauba dot in] in the homepage there is search option. You will find "HS Code" text box you need to type "01" , select "import" and click search. you need to scrap the result and save it to my mqsql db. latest one is 08-oct-2014. every day they add data. you need to fetch that day data alone and save to db, tomorrow you need to fetch 09-oct-2014. old data beyound 07-oct 2014 is not required. summarily you need to do for "01" to "97" HS code. Then do the same for Export. Basically you need to scrap for 97x2 = 194 search results and scrap the data and save to DB. i want someone to write a program for me which is web based.
