Design Custom Search Engine Type Website

I need a website search engine created like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but it won't be for flights, hotels, etc. it will be for a different cause which we will explain if you get the project. We can only pay $50 but we'll throw in percentages. The site currently will make $30 a month if we add the ad network which we plan to do.
