1. Business Situation and Project Background a. The client is a MNC in consumer electronics, and has retail channels across the following 11 locations in APAC: · Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Korea b. The client has a database of the performance of the stores in these locations, with the following performance measures: · Retail audit data (~2,000 sets) · Merchandizers data (~500 sets) · Promoters data (~2,500 sets) · Retail health check data (~11,000 sets) c. The objective is to incorporate all these databases into an information management tool to monitor and understand the data d. My company will do the design of the app, but will need a vendor to create the app and upload the information from the database (Excel format) into the app 2. Objectives a. To allow users to view basic analysis of the data through dashboards, speedometers, simple charts, etc. b. To allow users to search for any particular store and view the relevant details c. To allow users to filter a particular category of stores, and view the relevant details 3. Study Design Your responsibility will include: · Developing the online database tool · Developing a desktop and mobile interface for the database tool · Populating the tool with real information of 11,000 – 15,000 stores · Make sure that Spire is able to update the database on a monthly basis · Server hosting for 12 months · Maintenance and upkeep of the site for 12 months · Access for up to 300 users and customizer access rights for different audiences (country managers vs. regional managers) · Able to download raw data in “xls” or “pdf” format · The tool needs to include Google maps (or similar interactive maps) to show the locations of the stores Kindly bid in SGD and provide portfolio links and log in on your past works.
