Build a Live Chat Platform + Website, Smartphone App & Data Collection Session

We are a business directory introducing live chat to online visitors to chat with our advertiser individually We need you to build a website cum live chat platform like Comm100 ([login to view URL]) & bold chat ([login to view URL] ) with also smartphone (eg. iphone) App so that advertiser could log in with eg ipad to chat with online visitors 24/7. Your task includes to build a website (mac compatiable - no flash pls) inclusive of the whole live chat features eg. back end admin area - with auto email to client on chat reports monthly etc etc etc. Additionally we will provide optional 24/7 chat operator service - we need you to create in your website stating this service + create a data collection center leading advertisers to a self question / self answered session online - these data collected is for their live chat operator training (Question like : What is the primary question your potential prospect will ask ? Pls type question here | The most preferred answer your chat operator to reply, Pls type answer here). Once advertisers complete this session, data will be email to their chat operator before a role play training btw advertisers and operator. Your past experience on building a live chat platform will be our primary consideration - please clearly state the live chat site you have created. We suggest do not give us a whole list portfolio which is no relationship to live chat creation.
