Change Commercial website to PHP, and update with changes

Site: [login to view URL] 1. Re-create the current ASP windows based, [login to view URL] site in a php language so it can be hosted on a linux server. I am assuming it is more cost effective to create this site new from a commercial software package in php, with its own shopping cart, than to try to convert the existing site from asp to php. 2. The new php site will be updated from the old asp site in that it will have 3 or 4 product images on the home page, some buttons/links moved around/added on the home page. Moving some current text and current images on the home page to other pages, and in general, make the home page more exciting. I want your suggestions also. 3. Add in 4 new products to the product pages, copy the existing format. Also change out some existing product photos for some new, better ones. 4. Give me a complete admin panel where I can add, edit or delete products and their pricing. Add, edit and delete all pages of text, add, edit and delete shipping charges, switch the home page products around, be able to change the order of the products on the products pages. The more complete the admin panel is, the happier I will be. 5. Add a links page and a system of adding/exchanging links to this website. I want other sites to be able to offer links. I must be able to add, approve, edit, delete and organize links, and there would be a links button on the home page. I want this because search engines like related links. 6. Do various other changes to fine tune the php site to my liking. 7. Make the site more search engine friendly and suggest changes in mega tags, name, title, etc. I am also told that the current frame format where all the pages of my website maintain the same frame (at top and left side), is not search engine friendly. So the new php site should not be this frame-type of format. 8. Indicate how many months you give free support and tweak the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
