Add Ons to a Struts Application(repost)

Need a coder who can implement add ons to an already existing application developed using Struts.

The application is an HR application.

The add ons would be

1) Employee Self Service Module.

2) Login modules of Employee Self Service and admin sections

3) DB work of employee Personal Information Module where admin users can add/edit/delete employee details(pages are already developed)

4) Update option for few pages

As told, the application is developed using Struts and MySQL. So, coders who have experience in the technologies and preferrably HR domain expertise need only bid.
