Hi – I am looking for an experienced Android developer, with perfect English. I would like to be able to communicate with you effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1) Create a simple Android app with Log In button and two textboxes, one for name and one for password. Once user is "Logged In", the phone should produce a low server load and send its GPS coordinates to a web server. This can be done each minute.
2) The web server should be waiting for this data, accept Name and Password (authenticate it by existing mySql user table) and if everything is okay, then the web server should accept the GPS coordinates and plot them on a Google map.
3) I have attached a screen shot of what I expect the program to look like. I would like to be able to log onto my page, see a Google map across the whole page, and have a few dots (for each phone I want to “track”) on the Google map. I want the name to display above the dot. Some dots are green and some are red, ideally…Green would indicate this person is moving, and the red would indicate they are not moving.
4) So, this app and web server would require a few simultaneous users. I would also like for it to be easily installed on a users Android phone. Once they install it, I would provide Name/Password (which I would be able to add into my mySQL table on the server side), and once they log in to the app, I would like to see that person show up on the Google map.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I am not looking to spent a lot of money on this, as this shouldn’t be too difficult of a task for someone who has previous experience with GPS/Andorid.
On the attached image, you will see a yellow rectangle above the circle...All this should be is a persons name that is associate with that GPS dot/Andorid app. See the example on the bottom left part of the image.
Dot = current gps coordinates...lat/long. Updated each minute.
Persons name right above it that they use to authenticate/log in to the server.
Green dot = moving
Red dot = stopped
Map should be visible on a website only. Android app should only sent its GPS coordinates to a webseriver, that is all. The app on the phone itself shouldn't do much more.
Everything else should be handled by the website.
